This lovely home has been not only remodeled, but completely transformed. It has all new windows, 30 year Timberline roof, air conditioning, furnace, new duct work, re-finished hardwoods, all new drywall, new paint, new carpet, new tile floors, new light fixtures, new front porch w/ custom columns, new siding, new insulation, new Breakfast room addition, new custom closets, new custom kitchen pantry, new copper plumbing throughout house, new 200 amp electrical service, and the list could just go on. The builder is a high-end carpenter who remodels high-end homes in Mission Hills, Leawood, and Overland Park. Everything was done with quality.
The builder also built a 16x24 addition off of the back of the house. Scroll down to see pictures of this addition. It is framed in but not finished.
You will see in the pictures that some rooms are without trim and base. The builder is still in the midst of finishing trim. New pictures are being updated weekly as projects are completed.

bedroom
Large bedroom that has had a recent addition. The addition contains the built in bunks and has a vaulted ceiling. Instead of a ladder, the builder created a bookshelf-cubbie stairway to get up to the top bunk. Bedroom has 2 custom closets with built in shelves and shoe cubbies. Bedroom also has new Pella corner windows which overlook the backyard and woods.
If buyer doesn't want the built in bunks, they can be taken down quite easily.
Outside of House
This house has had an "Extreme Makeover." This house has a new, Timberline roof, new lap Smart Siding, all new Pella windows, new front porch with mission style columns, and all new insulation.
All the outside needs now is a coat of paint. The pre-primed Smart Siding is great! It's a wood product that is rot-resistant and termite proof. Why be stuck with vinyl siding that cracks and dents? Why be stuck with the same color of vinyl siding for 20+ years? This siding is a high quality product that is here to stay.
The roof was completely torn off and rebuilt. The carpenter replaced much of the roof with brand new plywood. There is only one layer of brand new shingles on this roof!
Look at the beautiful box-out window.
This window adds character and charm to the house.
The homeowner is about to finish the trim, siding, and floor on the front porch.

Custom Kitchen Pantry
16x24 addition that is off of the kitchen
This 16x24 addition could be used to finish a Great Room/Living Room or it could very easily be converted into a 1 car garage. The addition is right off of the kitchen's breakfast room, and it boasts vaulted ceilings, two high-end wooden Pella windows, and one wall has a potential 15x3 cantilevered window seat. This room overlooks the backyards and woods. The original intention for this room was to make it an open Great Room that was open to the kitchen and breakfast room. (Perfect for entertaining)
The original intention for the space between the 2 windows was for a custom fireplace or wood burning stove. This space could also be turned into a 1 car garage door.
The sky's the limit on this room; it could be turned into whatever you want it to be.
