This 16x24 addition could be used to finish a Great Room/Living Room or it could very easily be converted into a 1 car garage. The addition is right off of the kitchen's breakfast room, and it boasts vaulted ceilings, two high-end wooden Pella windows, and one wall has a potential 15x3 cantilevered window seat.
